Representative Bonamici says oceans taking the heat after Blue COP25

Organ Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici says at a press conference after attending the COP25 climate conference in Madrid that people around the conference would say thank you and as cochair of the House Oceans Caucus she was glad it was known as the Blue COP, knowing findings in a report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change on Oceans and Cryosphere more dire but also that the ocean literally been taken to keep absorbing carbon emissions so it could be part of the solution.
