Strictly presenter Claudia Winkleman is paid up to 500 thousand pounds a year. And that's what is causing controversy. It turns out that two-thirds of the BBC's top paid stars are men. The Equal Pay Act was introduced in 1970, almost half a century ago, to ensure that men and women got equal pay for equal work. But the gap is still there, and not just in broadcasting.
