Doenjang: Traditional soybean paste of Korea. Its major ingredient is 'Meju', the boiled and femented soybean block. After 'Meju' soaked in salted water for a while, the solid 'meju' gets crushed and becomes 'Doenjang'. The remain black liquid becomes traditional soy sauce.
