VOICED: Sky News has gained exclusive access to one of the small illegal drug laboratories operating in Mexico, and making vast profits by producing crack cocaine and crystal meth for export. It's just one of thousands operated by the country's cartels. Competition between them has led to a drugs war that's seen 84 thousand people killed over the past seven years. But the head of security in one of the worst affected Mexican cities has told us the deadly trade CAN be stopped. Our Chief Correspondent Stuart Ramsay reports.
