Seeing the sunrise on the Lakefill of Northwestern University in Evanston is a bucket list item for many students and nearby residents. I got to have that last summer (late September) to see the sun peek over the horizon. It was a fascinating moment of adrenaline, exhaustion, and yet, somehow, peace. Northwestern Lakefill is located in the shoreline of Lake Michigan. Leica M (type240) camera and Leica Summilux 21mm f/1.4 lens were used to capture the gorgeous moment.
