Young boys show their surgical admission
Young boys show their surgical admission slips as they wait their turn during a mass circumcision program at a municipal hospital in the town of Cainta, in Rizal province, east of Manila on April 17, 2010. It is a customary practise in this Roman Catholic nation for young boys to be circumcised as part of a ritual signalling his entry in manhood. Doctors say it is also done for hygienic reasons.
