(Original Caption) Three semifinalists in the New York State beauty contest sit back to back after being crowned Queens at the Grace Downs Air Career School today. Miss New York City, is Rita Hayes, 205 E. 50th St.; Miss Queens is Carol Ann Westendorf, 52-71 84th Browers Point, Woodmere, L.I. The trio will compete in the finals, May 2nd at the International Auto Show at the Coliseum for the title of Miss New York State, who will go to Atlantic City in September to take part in the Miss America Pageant.
