This photograph taken on May 7, 2023 shows the P400-class French navy patrol boat "La Glorieuse" during the vessel's last sortie in Noumea, New Caledonia. Launched in 1985 to take part in maritime surveillance acros the Pacific, the vessel had famously rescued New Zealander skipper of the "Carenza", Charles Bradfield, in 2009. After 36 years of service in New Caledonia and Pacific region, the P400 La Glorieuse is making her last voyage in the presence of former commanders from France, before being decommissioned.
