Swede Risberg on Base with Ball in Mitt
Swede Risberg, real name Charles August, was shortstop for the Chicago White Sox from 1917-1920. He was one of the eight players accused of taking a bribe to lose the 1919 World Series, now known as the Black Sox Scandal.
