Bonn, Germany: Social Democratic party chairman Erich Ollenhauer (left) and party chancellor candidate, Berlin mayor Willy Brandt enter the Palais Schaumburg here, to meet with West German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer, as efforts for the formation of a new West German government continue following the Sept. 17th general election in which Adenauer's Christian Democrats lost their absolute majority. While the CDU remained the strongest party, a coalition with the SPD or FDP would be necessary for a majority.
