(Original Caption) U.S. Secretary of State John Foster Dulles is greeted by British Foreign Secretary Anthony Eden (left) and French Premier Pierre Mendes- France (center) prior to their meeting to map a joint policy for the final nine-nation Geneva negotiations and to discuss a new and staggering Red price for peace in Indochina. Dulles flew to Pairs to spell out for Mendes-France and Eden Washington's determination not to associate itself with any "deal" with the Reds for peace.
