Protestors against KQRS DJ Tom Barnard's comments on the Hmong community yelled out chants during a ralley on the steps of the state capitol. Community Action Against Racism held a march and rally against what it feels are racist comments on the KQRS morning show. Around 500 to 1000 people marched in a heavy rain down University Ave in St. Paul.
