Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins were in Washington to receive the Samuel P. Langley Medal from Vice President Gore at the National Air and Space Museum. 20 July, 1999, is the 30th anniversary of the Apollo 11 crew's moon landing.
