(Original Caption) 11/17/1968-Phnom Penh, Cambodia: Some of the 11 American soldiers and the one South Vietnamese soldier held in captivity by Cambodia, attend National Day celebrations in the National Stadium here November 9th. They were captured July 16th, when their landing craft strayed into Cambodian waters from Vietnam. Prince Norodom Sihanouk, the Cambodian chief of state, said he would release the prisoners if he received assurances from President Johnson that there will be no more "incidents" along the border with South Vietnam.
