(Original Caption) Mark Spitz, 25, who won seven gold medals in Munich for swimming, is now trying to be the fastest guy in the water again- this time in a boat. For the last 2 1/2 years, he has been sailing competitively in Southern California, where he lives with his wife, Susan, in an apartment adjacent to a marina. Mark's 36-foot sloop, bought about a year and a half ago for about $75,000, is named Stumark VII. The couple are shown standing in his boat.
