(Original Caption) 3/28/1979-London, England- Margaret Thatcher, leader of Britain's Conservative Party, leaves home en route to Parliament for a session in which the Prime Minister, James Callaghan's, government was defeated on a motion of "No Confidence." Following that defeat of the Labor Party leader's government, elections have been set for May 3rd. As leader of the Conservative Party, Mrs. Thatcher may become Prime Minister of her party wins.
