Volunteers evacuate flooded homes in Bogor, Indonesia

BOGOR, WEST JAVA, INDONESIA - MARCH 04: A joint team of volunteers is continuing evacuation and rescue operations for flood-affected residents in the Nusa Indah Villa Housing complex in Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia on March 4, 2025. The flood, which occurred in the border area of Bogor and Bekasi, was caused by the overflow of the Cikeas and Cileungsi Rivers. The overflowing rivers resulted in floodwaters reaching up to four meters in height, submerging hundreds of houses in the area. Many residents have been forced to evacuate to safer or drier locations, while some have remained behind to protect their homes from potential theft during the disaster.
