FRANCE, NANTES - SEPTEMBER 27 : In support of four French hostages kidnapped in September 2010 in Arlit in Niger by Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), a banner was installed on the front of the Loire-Atlantique General Council with the family hostage Pierre Legrand native of the department, on September 27, 2012, in Nantes, western France.
