Queen Mathilde walks in the province of Antwerp

TONGERLO, BELGIUM - NOVEMBER 22 : Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium walks 8 km in the Province of Antwerp as part of her initiative "Together in motion for mental well-being. On the occasion of her fiftieth birthday, the Queen went on walking and cycling tours in all ten provinces of the country and in the Brussels Region with people and organisations involved in projects related to mental well-being. The walk in the Province of Antwerp concludes this series of tours and involves participants from Young FENIX and To Walk Again vzw. Young FENIX breaks through the stigma around mental (un)health by offering free coaching programs to young people. In addition, young people speak out in their podcasts, where it ranges from racism to self-image and social pressure.
