A giant drilling machine completes the 4 kilometre-long Saverne tunnel beneath the Vosges mountains in Eckartswiller, eastern France during a ceremony on February, 25, 2013, as part of the second phase of construction works for the east European high speed train line (LGV) between Paris and Strasbourg.
