Prozel, former Group Leader, Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory and now Senior Scientific Advisor, Armour Research Foundation, at the Illinois Institute of Technology is shown in a speech before the Military Industrial Conference, said that a plan is desperately needed by which the heads of governments can, with honor, concede to the mutual desire of peace by their own peoples upon whom along their authority rests and whose welfare is their only reason for being.
