ROTTERDAM, SOUTH HOLLAND, NETHERLANDS - 2024/08/13: A cyclist is seen with blood after injuring her leg during the time trial race in the 2024 Tour de France Femmes. Team: CERATIZIT - WNT PRO CYCLING TEAM Germany Name: Nina Berton The 2024 Tour de France Femmes, the third edition of the race, is taking place from August 12 to 18 as part of the 2024 UCI Women's World Tour. Organized by the Amaury Sport Organisation, this year's race is the first to start outside France. After yesterday's grand départ, stages 2 and 3 occurred on the same day, covering 69 flat kilometers in Stage 2, followed by a 6.3-kilometer individual time trial in Stage 3. Over eight stages, the women's peloton will cover 946 kilometers, starting in Rotterdam, moving down the eastern edge of France, and culminating in a finish atop the iconic Alpe d'Huez.
