(Original Caption) Washington, D. C.: As Labor Quit Wage Stabilization Board- Elmer E. Walker, Vice President of the International Association of Machinists, and one of the three labor members of the Wage Stabilization Board who resigned from the board in protest over the industry-public wage policy formula, is shown as he left a joint AFL-CIO labor policy committee meeting yesterday. Organized labor further threatened to boycott the whole defense mobilization program and urged President Truman to intervene in the controversy over wage-increase ceilings.
