Goldberg Talks of a 'Moon Treaty'

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Arthur Goldberg speaks at a press conference here August 8th. Ambassador Goldberg said that he believed that remaining differences on a 'moon treaty' could be resolved, and the Soviet Union would sign such a pact, despite the Viet Nam war. Goldberg returned August 6th from a five-week negotiating session of the U.N. Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, in Geneva, Switzerland.
