Rick Nolan floor remarks on Yemen crisis

Minnesota Congressman Rick Nolan argues that Congress never approved a declaration of war in Yemen, and nothing could be more clear in the Constitution as to who has that responsibility. Nolan says the US was still financially supporting an air war and blockade of Yemen by Saudi Arabia, both acts of war although America was already involved in too many endless wars of choice in which it was inadvertently on virtually every side of the complex, so costly in blood and treasure it was time to put a stop to spending trillions on the wars and start reinvesting in America and the American people, calling on Congress to stand up and bring an end to the American involvement in those wars, especially in Yemen where there was no authorization and no business being involved.
