Senator Warren Warned about Impugning Senator Sessions

As Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren read from a letter penned by Coretta Scott King in 1986 opposing the nomination of Jeff Sessions to be a federal judge at the time, Senator Steven Daines presiding over the body, interrupted Warren to issue a reminder not to impugn a sitting Senator under Rule 19 of the Standing R Rules of the Senate in words or materials.
