Was given to the City of Portland Oregon by its sister city Sapporo, Japan . Is named Goju-no-to and is also referred to as the Sapporo Pagoda. Photo was taken on a foggy Autumn day. This Garden is located in the Pacific Northwest in in Portland, Oregon. I am a Photographer level member of the Portland Japanese Garden as required by the Garden for Commercial use of photos.
