A view of the LunEur in Rome on April 15 , 2015. LunEur (Luna Park Permanente di Roma) was the largest amusement park in Rome and the oldest in Italy, dating back to 1953. It took its name from the Eur district in Rome where it is located. It was closed and abandoned in 2008 following a period of crisis. Under the agreement between Eur Spa and Cinecittà Entertainment, which has been entrusted with the reopening, a rise in the Family Park dedicated to children.
