The famous band Beatles spent several days at this Ashwarm in 1968, today the meditation camp has been acquired by the Indian government and the memories of the Beatles lives on only with wild elephants, tigers, monkeys and public art as the camp is now in ruins with nature reclaiming it as it stands on the banks of the River Ganga.
