TORONTO, ON - MAY 28: The Dutch royal couple, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima will give Toronto seven Tulpi-chairs to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands by the Canadian Army in the Second World War.
