APR 30 1976, MAY 3 1976 Snow - Painting project Melts Away Colorado Mountain College students, above' work to spray paint a picture on snow at the base of Gold Peak at Vail, Colo- Tim Upham, 20, of 521 Albion St., who headed the Saturday project until it was abandoned at 6 p.m., looks, below left, over picture of Chief Black Kettle, whose portrait the students tried to paint.
