Caption: A picture taken on November 29, 2012 in Paris shows a van parking at the Hotel de Police of the 17th district to pick up the motorbike of French actor Gerard Depardieu. Depardieu was in hot water again when he was arrested after testing positive for alcohol after a minor scooter accident in Paris. When police arrived at the scene and tested him, he showed a blood alcohol level of 1.8 grams per litre, well above the French limit for driving of 0.5. Depardieu was detained and brought to a police station where he could face misdemeanor charges 'after a period of sobering up,' the source said.
