Caption: WASHINGTON, DC - DEC 28: Physical therapy tech Don Williamson wheels Pat Hawkins back to her room one last time after her final physical therapy session at Medstar Washington Hospital Center.There were several hugs and goodbye's this day as Hawkins is to leave for California tomorrow and this was her last physical therapy session. (Hawkins suffered a stroke) Earlier, Hawkins was reunited with a long lost cousin Diane Holmes after 16 years. The reunion took place at Medstar Washington Hospital Center where Hawkins has been recuperating since mid-October.
