A journalist holds up a copy of the last edition of the German business daily Financial Times Deutschland (FTD) in Berlin on December 7, 2012. FTD, launched 12 years ago as the German-language sister of the Financial Times, blacked out its front page to mark its last day of publication, titeling 'Finally in the black'. On the back page all of the newspaper's staff were pictured bowing their heads in mock hara-kiri style penitence.
