ROME, ITALY - 2014/09/22: Ignazio Marino fetches a glass of water from the fountain during the inauguration of the Fountain "Barcaccia" in Piazza di Spagna, after the restoration, it is funded by private individuals and Tecnicon. The fountain is a fresh-water fountain just below the Spanish Steps. It is so named because it is in the shape of a half-sunken ship with water overflowing its bows, it was commissioned by Pope Urban VIII and was completed in 1627.
