African penguins, cormorants, many other sea birds and a large colony of South African fur seals White sharks swim immediately below the water surface, and at greater depths. Named after the sharks white belly. The super-predator white shark with its size and strength and his terrible teeth is a permanent danger to the South African fur seals around Dyer Iceland and Geyser Rock.
