Farmers Harvest Winter Wheat In Northwest China

Over 5,000 acres of winter wheat will be harvested in Huzhu County, according to local media. Chinese Vice Premier Hui Liangyu called on local governments to work harder to help farmers with their ongoing summer harvest. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, 469.5 billion kg of grain was produced last year, an increase of 38.8 billion kg on the previous year.
